REFUND POLICY

STANDARD PRODUCTS
Refund requests for standard products may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

RIP AND SHIP PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of the service, all RIP AND SHIP sales are final.
By purchasing from the RIP AND SHIP section, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued after the product has been opened live.
- No returns will be accepted for products opened during livestreams.
- Products cannot be shipped sealed.
- Customers accept the results of the live opening, including card pulls, pack contents, and product condition after opening.

HOLD & SHIP
Cards are held for a maximum of 2 weeks after the live session.
If shipping is not paid within this period, cards may be forfeited with no refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect item or your shipment arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Supporting photographs may be required.

CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to the RIP AND SHIP terms may result in account restrictions and the submission of livestream records as evidence that the service was provided.
