Hold & Ship — Terms & Conditions

By placing a Rip & Ship order at AuraPullTCG and selecting the Hold & Ship shipping option, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Hold Period
Cards pulled during your live session will be held by AuraPullTCG for a maximum of 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of the live session in which your packs were opened.
2. Shipping Payment Obligation
Shipping must be paid within the 2-week hold period. You can do this by purchasing the correct Shipping Fee product from our store:
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands — €8.95
- 🇧🇪🇩🇪 Belgium & Germany — €10.95
- 🌍 Rest of Europe — €15.95
3. No Shipping Payment — No Shipment
Cards will only be shipped once a valid shipping payment has been received. AuraPullTCG will not ship any cards without confirmed shipping payment, regardless of the order status.
4. Forfeiture of Cards
If shipping is not paid within the 2-week hold period, AuraPullTCG reserves the right to forfeit the held cards with no refund. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
5. No Returns or Refunds
All Rip & Ship purchases are final. Once your packs have been opened on live stream, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
6. Responsibility
AuraPullTCG is not responsible for delays in shipment caused by unpaid or late shipping fees. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping is paid within the hold period.
