By accessing or purchasing from AuraPullTCG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

RIP AND SHIP PRODUCTS

Products listed in the RIP AND SHIP section are subject to the following special conditions:

- All products purchased from the RIP AND SHIP section will be opened live during our livestream.
- Products purchased through RIP AND SHIP cannot be shipped sealed.
- By purchasing a RIP AND SHIP product, the customer expressly authorizes AuraPullTCG to open the product on stream before shipment.
- Customers understand and accept that the sealed product will no longer exist once opened during the livestream.
- The livestream opening constitutes fulfillment of the RIP AND SHIP service.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By purchasing from the RIP AND SHIP section, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions before completing your order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AuraPullTCG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
